The Series P Metering Pump is designed for more economical chemical injection. The totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing and encapsulated electronics provide the performance and long life that you've come to expect from an LMI Pump. The compact size and wide range of outputs makes it ideal for OEM applications. Dual manual control of stroke speed and length and fixed speed versions are available for simple manual or on/off control.

Control code "0" indicates fixed stroke frequency with adjustable stroke length. Stroke length is adjustable via a dial opposite the liquid handling end.

Control code "1" indicates adjustable stroke frequency and adjustable stroke length - both via dials opposite the liquid handling end.

This pump has the new LMI AUTOPRIME™ liquid end for automatically and continuous pump priming and degassing. The AUTOPRIME liquid end allows for constant removal of vapors and gasses inherent in sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and other off-gassing liquids by recycling a controlled amount of the pumped liquid back to the chemical supply along with any trapped vapor. Available as an upgrade is the LMI 4-function valve which provides anti-siphon, pumping backpressure, pressure relief and pressure relief functions. The discharge flow path goes through a port that only opens on the discharge stroke of the pump. This prevents the discharge line from siphoning liquid from the supply tank in most applications. The diaphragm that controls anti-siphoning also creates approximately 20psi back pressure on the pumps discharge which improves system performance. A second diaphragm protects the pump from overpressure by releasing fluid to a relief port in the event of excess discharge line pressure. The pressure release function makes it easy and safe to depressurize the discharge line without loosening tubing or fittings.
