LMI - Liquid Feed Pumps - 0-240 GPD, Max at 80 PSI - C771-26S
Series B and C Chemical Metering Pumps have been an industry standard for over 20 years. The familiar yellow and black pumps have a rugged, totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing for protection in the harshest environments. Encapsulated electronics and a rigid housing and stroke bracket ensure years of precise, repeatable performance. Several control options are available for all applications and budgets. All Series B and C metering pumps offer the versatility of a selector switch for either manual or automatic control. These pumps will respond to any dry switch closure. Perfect for flow proportional treatment installations, or for use with LMI™'s Analog to Digital Converter where pump output must vary in response to standard 4-20 milliampere instrument signal.
- Adjustable stroke frequency and the flexibility of up to 1000:1 turndown ratio
- Manually adjustable stroke length provides accurate pump output adjustment
- NEMA 4X / IP65 enclosures for protection against corrosive environments
- Time tested electronics for reliable, repeatable performance
- Totally encapsulated electronics for protection against moisture and corrosive conditions
- Inputs for low level switch available on certain models
- Models with external pacing for flow proportional applications
- Advanced control options for simplified system integration (pulse multiply/divide, 4-20 mA, remote on/off)
- UL, CUL, NSF 50, NSF 61, CE Certifications
LMI B and C series pumps are available with different control features depending on customer need. Control code "1" indicates manual independent stroke length and stroke frequency control. Control code "7" indicates that the pump has a selectable internal and external pulse mode. In internal pulse mode stroke frequency and length are controlled manually via dials. In external stroke mode the pump accepts pulse frequency signals from an external source and stroke length is adjustable manually by dial. Control code "9" upgrades the pump to a clear LCD display and tactile keypad. Pumps with the "9" control code have internal stroke frequency adjustable from 1 stroke per hour to 100 strokes per minute. External stroke frequency control via external pulsing is also standard for pumps with control code "9". Control code "9" pumps are capable of dividing or multiplying pulse inputs from 1 to 999 or responding directly or inversely to a 4-20mA input signal.
This pump is equipped with the standard LiquiPro® liquid end. The LiquiPro liquid end is recommended when pumping non-offgassing chemicals. The default discharge valve Evoqua recommends for B and C series pumps with LiquiPro head is the 3-function valve which provides manual priming ability along with pressure relief. This pump is also available with an upgrade to a 4-function valve which adds anti-siphon and pumping backpressure features to the existing 3-function valve features.
