This is an S.R. Smith control box replacement for existing California or Oregon SR Smith Pool Lifts with Lift-Operator four-button control boxes. This control box is designed to be used in California or Oregon to meet state requirements. 

The control box features an emergency stop button which sounds an alarm and stops the lift. It has a USB port that transfers usage data to a USB memory stick for review on a PC. The control box also has a service notification light which meets ADA guidelines.

S.R. Smith requires the serial number from your lift to ensure proper control box replacement.
